Clear limits

When you reach 10 members or 5 GB of storage, RegistryFlow tells you clearly. Records are never deleted to make room, and no extra fees are charged automatically.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Online payments are not open yet. When they open, the checkout page will show whether any tax applies and the exact total before you pay.

Frequently asked questions

Can I invite other staff?
Yes. Each subscription covers one organisation workspace with up to 10 active members, including the owner.
Can I cancel renewal?
Yes. The owner can cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
What happens when the subscription expires?
After a seven-day grace period the workspace becomes read-only. You can still view and export records. Nothing is deleted.
Can I export our records?
Yes, to CSV, limited to records each person is authorised to see.
Does the platform connect to our email?
Not yet. Emails are recorded manually in the first release.
What currency is used?
Australian dollars (AUD).
Are taxes included or added at checkout?
The checkout page will show any applicable tax and the exact total before you pay.
