Terms of Service

Last updated:

Draft for review. This text describes how RegistryFlow is planned to operate. It must be checked against the actual business owner, payment provider, hosting arrangements and applicable law, and approved by a qualified adviser, before paid accounts open.

1. The service

RegistryFlow is an online workspace for registering requests and correspondence, assigning and tracking tasks, approving documents and keeping office records. Each subscription covers one organisation workspace.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details and verify your email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. The workspace owner controls membership, roles and billing.

3. Plans and limits

The Monthly plan costs AUD $18, charged every month. The Yearly plan costs AUD $89, charged once every year. Both include one workspace, up to 10 active members (including the owner) and up to 5 GB of document storage. When a limit is reached we tell you; we do not delete records or charge extra fees automatically.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The owner can cancel renewal at any time. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. [Refund terms to be confirmed.]

5. Failed payments and expiry

If a payment fails we notify the owner and allow a seven-day grace period. After that the workspace becomes read-only: members can view records and the owner can update billing and export records. Editing returns when payment succeeds. Records are not deleted because of a failed payment. [Long-term retention period after expiry to be confirmed.]

6. Your content

Your organisation owns the records and documents it puts into RegistryFlow. We process them only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you store.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, upload malicious files, try to access another organisation’s workspace, or disrupt the service.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and to back up data regularly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features described as “coming later” are not part of the current subscription.

9. Liability

[Limitation of liability wording to be prepared by a qualified adviser.]
